I have so enjoyed seeing you, listening to you, listening to the birds in the background, hearing the traffic in the background, seeing where you live now, and being inspired by you. Thank you for doing this challenge again. I have not yet been so good, but I have been in my car wishing happiness and health to other cars randomly, or to cyclists. It is so weird how it instantly makes you feel more calm and happy when you are wishing happiness to someone else. The other special thing that happens to me when I do it, is that all my other crazy thoughts stop when I am wishing happiness. Because I want it to matter, I really wish it and I think that I feel more calm, because suddenly all my other thoughts stop and I focus only on one thing which is wishing health and happiness for that other person which I don’t even know. This was a very weird and beautiful realization for me.
I miss you!
Sandra,
Such powerful realizations. Wishing goodwill to others is getting you out of your head, providing a sense of calmness and allowing you to connect to people you don’t even know. That’s HUGE! Everything that you shared makes sense and at the same time it’s hard to believe it can happen while you are sitting in your car, simply sending happiness to strangers. A great thing to pay attention to next time I am out and about sending goodwill.
Glad that you enjoyed the video. I debated about another try with all the noise in the background but decided to go with the birds and traffic.
Oh I miss you! And I am sending health + happiness to you across that crazy big ocean.

Sandra, I think of you often. I loved the program in which Meg brought so many of us together. Recently I read the book “The Ventriloquest”. The story was so awesome. I assume that since it is based on a true story everyone in Belgium must know it. I thought of you the whole time I was reading it. Hope all is well with you! Lots of love to you, Gennie
