Since the challenge was over yesterday and as I was lying in bed this morning I was wondering how I would continue this in my life. I think each day will be different. Today I sent my good wishes to people I come in contact with on a regular basis but don’t know their name, such as people at the grocery store, pharmacy, library, etc. It started my day out with a smile.G
Hi Gennie,
Congratulations! Sounds like you already figured out how to keep this going in your life. You have a morning loving kindness practice.
Thanks for sharing you plan.
May 2018 be filled with loving kindness!

Yay!!! Doing this 31 day challenge really inspired me to think about goals a little differently. For the new year we found journals that are about committing to things that are important to all the aspects of life. It looks very much like the Wheel of Health. So I am in the process of brainstorming a challenge for myself each month. I am excited about new adventures in 2018 and so very grateful to have been part of this group. Thanks Meg, you rock!!!
Hi Sarah,
Super excited to hear our 31-Day Challenge inspired you for other challenges. “Commitment to things that are important” is key to successful behavior change. I am a fan of (1) discovering (brainstorming) what is important to you (2) defining the challenge; and (3) achieving success with smart planning, baby steps and lots of learning.
Good luck in 2018! Stay in touch. Always happy to provide a little support if needed.
