Welcome to Day 31!
Goal: Send 31 Goodwill Wishes
Take a moment and think …
Since 01 December you have ~
- Sent 496 thoughts of Health + Happiness into the world (after today’s thoughts)
- Received 31 emails prompting you to inspire the world for Health + Happiness
How have we impacted the world? What is different in your day-to-day?
Here are a few things I noticed.
- Check out the countries visiting PoeWellnessSolutions.com. The World is inspired to find health + happiness! (NOTE: This is data collected from the Poe Wellness Solutions Google Analytics. Each country in blue visited the website at least one time. The US is the darkest blue because the greatest number of visitors are from the US. WOW! That’s is the majority of the world!)
- Maybe I am more attuned to Health + Happiness having sent so many thoughts into the world or maybe the world is simply healthier and happier.
- My niece shared the information on the back of a book about caring for her new puppy. The book discussed keeping your puppy happy, healthy and active!
- In a phone conversation with my Dad, I wish I would have known in advance to keep count of the number of times he used the word “happy”! He commented numerous times about being in “his happy place”.
- Many of my Facebook friends are wishing Health + Happiness for the holidays & the New Year. (NOTE: This was taken from a friend’s page. I omitted her name in case she preferred anonymity. Thanks for the post BC.)
- Lastly, someone noticed Health + Happiness percolating in me. While I was running, a gentleman stopped me and commented that he has never seen anyone smile so regularly while running. Next, he wished me a happy and healthy New Year. I almost fell over! I believe we did it!
Today’s goal is thirty-one thoughts. It is no small challenge and you totally got this. Maybe do a few extra. Have fun! Go out and inspire the world!
May your New Year’s Eve be filled with health + happiness! XOXOXOXO

Thank you so much for this, Meg! It was truly a great way to remain grounded, thankful, and present during the busy holiday season. It helped me to remember the many things I am grateful for and try make efforts to be healthy and happy during what can be a stressful time.
