I have absolutely loved this challenge of sending Health + Happiness to the world! However, this week both my partner and I have been pretty sick. So I have sent wishes of good health only to the two of us. At first I felt bad, but I got over that with a quickness because we needed them. ????

Makes me think of when on a plane and the flight attendant instructs that you secure the oxygen mask on yourself before others. Sounds like you this week required you taking care of you. Hope you feel better quickly.
