Many of us carry life’s tension in our necks and the weight of the world on our shoulders. This week we explore smaller muscles and lots of tightness in the neck and shoulders as well as the muscles of the chest and upper back. Our mindfulness focus is all about loving kindness as we are extra careful with these tender areas.
