Pilates Yoga Fusion is coming to downtown Hillsborough at Santosha Space. This July series meets every Tuesday morning in July. Class provides a strong foundation and awareness of the center of your body and its contribution (or lack of) to your daily movement. Whether you stand or sit most of the day, whether you are super active or recently initiating greater movement in your day, improving the health of your torso (alignment, strength, flexibility), improves the quality of your life.
Each class provides a full-body workout addressing alignment, strength and flexibility. Name of the class indicates the specific focus area during that session. By the end of the 5 weeks you are guaranteed a greater connection to the center of your body.

All exercises are demonstrated and explained to the entire group with options for varying the degree of challenge. Everyone is encouraged to find their ideal level of intensity. Questions and discussion are appreciated. We all learn from shared experiences!
