ADF Summer Dance Intensive ~ Saturday Yoga Class

Dancers are over halfway through their Summer Dance Intensive and I am super excited to lead a Saturday morning yoga class to an amazing group of dancers.

Event Follow Up …

It was a rainy Saturday morning with a slightly smaller turnout than most Saturdays.  Requests included stretching (lots of stretching), core strengthening and an increase in energy throughout the body.  I offered curiosity and compassion as a class intension.  Focus was intense and the practice beautiful.  We ended with a Loving Kindness Meditation and a challenge to set their personal intention for the rest of their day and the Summer Intensive.
