Event Follow Up …

Without a doubt one of my most favorite weeks ever!  The week was busy as family continued to arrive to join in the special week and day.  Lots of airport runs, lots of schedule changes as the wedding got closer and the group bigger, lots of good food, lots of laughter and lots of love.  Who would have thought such a small wedding could could create such a busy week.

I was included in the week because I am family as well.  Taylor and Zach have both attended my classes in Durham NC and thought morning yoga on the wedding day would be a special way to start the day.  Well, they were 100% correct.

A spectacular location and a beautiful way to begin the long day with a sense of calm and groundedness. First time yogi and experienced yogis included.

Thank you Taylor and Zach for a special opportunity and my newly developed passion for Wedding Day Morning Yoga.
