Yin & Slow Flow
Looking for a way to bring balance your hectic life and busy mind? Yin Yoga combines the support of a Restorative Class and intensity of a deep-stretch class but the magic of Yin lies somewhere in between. You explore the edge of your intensity and then melt into the shape to release the muscle and stimulate the connective tissue. Poses are held for 3-5+ minutes providing an opportunity for mindfulness and healing. A gentle flow links each poses and balances movement and stillness. This class is great for all levels and experiences!
