Webinars are conducted via FreeConferenceCall.com. You are NOT required to download or create an account to host a meeting. We host, you attend.
To join the webinar …
- Navigate to this Webinar page on our website (this page).
- Click the name of the webinar you are joining. Located on right hand side of page.
- Click the webinar Link to join the webinar.
NOTE: You may use the audio through your computer OR you can dial-in via your phone using the Dial-In #.
Our goal is to start the webinar promptly. You may join the meeting early to avoid delays.
Google Hangouts provides us a place to chat. It is easy to set up an account.
REQUIREMENT: You must have a Gmail Address. When we receive your email address, we will send you an invite via Google Hangouts.
Accessing your account:
- Navigate to https://hangouts.google.com/.
- We will send an invite.
- Accept the invite and we are ready to go.
You are not required to use Google Hangouts. If you prefer not to participate in groups chats, no worries.
~ Is the webinar really FREE? Yes! Several people have asked “Why?” Well, I want to offer the webinar, have people attend and learn with a group of people sharing the same goal of paying more attention in their life. I am excited about the experience. FREE made sense.
~ Is attendance required? No. Of course, you will get more out of this experience if you attend. But I get it … life happens. My plan is to post the next four schedule sessions. If you miss a meeting, the exercise presented in that webinar will be available in the “Previous Webinar” section. Review the exercise. Apply it day-to-day. You are ready to participate in the next webinar.
~ Can I have a friend join the webinar? Definitely, the more the merrier. Please have them register. It is great to know who is involved.
~ I am shy about speaking up. Do I have to speak and are you recording these? No. What happens in the webinars, stays in the webinars. Nothing will be recorded. You will be encouraged to share your experiences but certainly not required.
~ I have never called into a webinar. How do I do this? Check out the topic “Access the Webinar”.
~ What’s the difference between a webinar and a phone call? Depending on the source, webinar can mean different things. These definitions are for our use. You can join the session by two different methods. (1) Call in with your phone. Via the phone you will interact with others. Any billing that applies to your phone will apply to the call. (2) Join the webinar via your computer. You do NOT need your phone. You will see slides on your screen. Using either a headset connected to the computer or the computers mic and speakers you can interact in the session. No charges apply.
~ Why would I join Google Hangouts? We will meet via webinar (or phone) every other week. Would you like to share experiences, ask questions, learn other’s experiences during the off week?
